Yeah, great point. I did notice that when reading through the company profiles, that a majority of them have seed funding, and in some cases Round A funding already. They definitely were not poor starving entrepreneurs with nothing but a great idea. The poor starving folk tend to be found a places like TechStars and Y-Combinator it seems… And by the way, I didn’t realize that DEMO charged $18.5k to demo there!
